How Do You Introduce New Members to the Community?

At what point do you feel that people have come in, gotten past all the things that they need to decide they are going to stay? And then is there some shift in how you treat and approach the once they have reached that stage? Yes, we want people to, like i said, make that introduction post. We want them to know the rules of the community. So like it's almost as if you walk into a co working space and we say, let me show go around. And you walk em around in a physical world. That's also great because you can help introduce them to other people in that co working space.
