Is There Anything You Can Add to Your Dashboard?

A lot of my team, we're actually just solely responsible for the pieces of work they were doing. Just with me adding that kind of oversight, as you say at the start. So that was a big thing. I mean, everything i say is, when your team's doing a piece of work, always ask, what else can you do?
