People who wake up in the mill of the night, minds racing on miles per minute? Anything that that we could think about? I's kind of funny, i actually sleep really, really well last night. My wife was out friends. She came back much later. I already been asleep. Woke up, my mind was going for, ik, two hours straight. Any any advice? Well, if it happens all the time, and you have no idea why, something called conditioned arousal is most likely happening. You spend so much time awake and worrying in bed that your brain has learned to associate bed as the place where we stay awake and worry. It becomes a cue to stay
