The Importance of Weighted Dips in Strength Training

The front lever raise is a better accessory exercise in terms of specificity of the start yep totally that's probably the way I have a such a good start in the muscle up. When you're going up you want to pull backwards with your legs so you have more strength for the dips and you know and to keep that position along all the movement. You don't want to be doing one or two sloppy reps sets with your body in a reverse banana just choose a progression that you can do for at least say three to six reps.
