How to Fix a Bad Work Culture

When you're looking at some of the companies that you're acquiring, if a company is coming in with like a sour work culture, can that be fixed? Or is that something that might cause you to like walk away from a deal? I think what's harder is when businesses get bigger and they have systems in place that promote a bad culture. That's called a turnaround. It does not happen overnight. The culture is the piece that takes the longest...I'm still trying to crack it.
