Don't exclusively focus on marketing to what I would kind of call like the negative persona. People that are falling, they are typically becoming like lost deals more frequently than one deals. So there's a lot of validation that you can do by looking at your company data and even going deeper within those actual one deals. And then doing a little bit of fact checking, right, with something like a win loss analysis.
