What's the Strategy for the Next Three to Five Years?
My goal is to put the company in a position to go public over the next four or five years. It starts with what's the strategy for the company. What risks do we have to mitigate? And basically writing a list of all the things that could go wrong. The hope is if you've de-risked everything, you're left with a big successful company which can go public eventually.
