I was expecting the XL to be in a little bit of head to head racing, but overall it's more of just staying strong and consistent throughout the whole race. These long events don't necessarily, at least for me, need crazy weekly hours of training. It's more about just staying precise in the training and staying happy and motivated on and off the bike.
