The Importance of Complexity in Languages in the 17th Century
In Delgarno's language, the last consonant of a word is germinated. This process can be used to pluralize words in other languages as well. He created this system because he thought it would simplify things for people who didn't know Latin. But also so they could convey certain philosophical ideas through the means of his language.
