How to Evaluate a Gym's Profitability

i'd be remiss if i didn't make you do a little bit of math um although these days with calculators and everything. Let me let me show you a couple of gyms that they were looking at and just ask you to sort of calculate which one is which one is more profitable. Then we'll talk about some of the other ways you could have evaluated those gyms to help them pick the right gyms to to acquire.
