How to Track Student Progress?

The idea of tracking student progress is really powerful. Teachers are like, i'm constantly looking at what's going on in the class room. What have you got to tell me here? And i think this is where the specificity becomes really powerful. If we have a really clear goal, then we can track in a much more active way.
