At 62 years old, I feel like I am learning at that same level I was when I was 22. There's so much that I don't know that I'm learning about and it's very invigorating to step into a vertical that is quite different than what I did in the past. When I joined CBRE, then Cold Bank or Commercial, at that time we had been opened by Sears,. We had just taken the company private from Sears. The entry level position was first in what they call the pre-sales program where you went into different, you had a rotation of four different three month stints working for a team in those businesses.
