The more I raged, the more circuits in my brain got recruited to be even more rageful. The healthy anger is a in the present moment, burn defense. Unhealthy rage is usually based on the past. So when I would rage with my kids, it had nothing to do with my kids. It had to lose being triggered. That you unresolved trauma. And until you resolved the trauma, you're going to keep having the symptoms. Which for you was rage.
