The dark side of change is not malicious or evil, but because it hasn't yet been illuminated. I think by having a deeper, wider perspective on all that naturally leads to a state of compassion and more flexible solution seeking. And so when i'm often hearing about this word of mindfulness, it's this idea of calmly accepting that person's anger or over reaction. But again, what it's not doing is acknowledging where that person's angry and over reaction and disregulation is coming from.
