I don't believe with hamstrings, it is about connection to me. So when you're doing that, you're looking more at muscle contraction and inflection. When I do hamstring curls, it's pretty moderate weight. Like today a lot of the stuff I did after two sets, I was like, I'm good. Cause every, every set I wasn't thinking about, Oh, I'm going to do two, three, four sets. I just treated every set equal. And then I, I did what I needed to do after like two sets. That would sound extremely dumb. You know how to do it in a normal time period? Yes? But trying to do that
