Strength Training
I know you don't do any normal strength training like lifting weights in a gym and that sort of thing which I completely understand. Do you feel that there are some specific strength gains that you make let's say running up and down hills and especially you know running hard up or hard down? There is adaptations that are made that maybe they're not the kind of adaptations you would get by going into a gym and you know lifting very heavy weights but they're much more useful for running.
