Is There Still Too Much Work Out There?

There's only a certain percentage of people that will make it to the top, right? Rum n n in and be able to do ashthorpe level work. So i don't know how that gets off. And i think that's made worse by the fact that there is way more work out there. Every single, 100 % of freelancers that i've talked to had the busiest year ever. There just needs to be ten x the number of people doing design and animation that they are.
