Detecting Tool Box Talks and Safety Injuries
60 months of data, lots of data from lots of companies. Data could tell when an incident was going to occur by what was happening with tool box talks four months earlier. Sight surveillance lag at month two, which means two months after a recordable incident, the data could tell you what was going to happen in terms of sight surveillance inspections. A change in the triferates changes the number of tool box talks. The yo cite observations cause changes in safety, but changes in safety cause sight observations.
