The Importance of Hard Work
For the diet I follow a simple diet of clean whole foods meaning I eat basically the same thing which is steak sweet potatoes ground turkey white rice chicken and that's pretty much it with some veggies and some fruits. By sticking to those basic foods I know that okay these are real foods that my my ancestors would have eaten because they're not off the shelf so that's kind of a way that I think about the diet aspect of it. Lastly I'll just say that if you can do it for one day you cando it for 75 and I know that sounds trite but it's the truth It's like anybody could do this program for one day over and over and over again has zero
