When we are in a stage of grief it's really helpful to move through that pain in an active kind of just framing it in your mind as like an active process so this is how we I want you to treat morning at this stage do it deliberately and as much as you can in a very manageable increment. Then when it becomes too much or you feel yourself getting really heavy and overwhelmed then I want you to put it away by mentally telling yourself okay putting this away now maybemaybe.
