i agree that the kind of a j d, vane 60, 60 vote super majority is not going to happen. But anything that requiress basically just republicans all getting together and agreeing that something is worth doing can be done. It does involve like, changing the funding, funding structure,. So you can arguably do it through reconciliation, i think. I don't think that curtis would disagree too much with my assessment. Because creation is as near impossible. Destruction is almost trivial right? And here we're basically only talking about destruction in this case.
