Is This Progressive Overloading?
Lifting more weight is not the only way to progressively overload the muscles. You're increasing the amount of time that your muscles are under stress from that weight. This is why you need to keep track of the weights you're using and the amount of sets and reps you're doing. Challenging yourself every day doesn't mean you need to beat who you were yesterday. It just means you need to be the best you can be today.
