i learned that picking the right partner is superimportant. There are so many ways that a company can trick you in working with an experienced buyer. And from my one of his deals i did, they soon as the transaction occurred, the buyer started to screw me. They basically tricked me into leaving some money in an account that they immediately swept in after the transaction was done. It's such big enough deal that you think, maybe i shouldn't do anything else, because i can only mess up from ya.
