Do You Know Where You Get Copper From Food?

Copper is rare in our diet, unless we eat ancestral foods. Dark chocolate has a meaningful amount of copper but it also contains some oxalic acid. If you have liver and you eat it with phytic acid, you won't be able to absorb it. Oysters are very high in zinc, and then you won't absorb your copper.
