How to Recover Faster After a Hard Training Session

Our recovery capacity is not as developed as when we were young, like basically recovering from one session to the other. And you're just more tired, basically. You cannot expect to bounce back from a race or from a hard session as quickly as you were in your 20s and 30s. There's a thing called protein slowing going on. How much muscle is being like built by the, by the body naturally as we train is nearly being exactly negated by our increased demand. So, so we balance out so that allows us to recover quicker.
