The Importance of Taking Thyroid Medicine to the Extreme

I really hope that that the book will help I just gave a talk about this in Denver at low carb Denver so that was very well received. A lot of clients who are already on thyroid medicine so they know there's an issue but they're on the wrong type or the wrong dose because they still have all the symptoms if that medicine was working they would feel well and if they were feeling well they wouldn't be would not be coming to me for help right. Yeah yeah could not agree more and this is why I'm so hesitant to give blanket recommendations you know everybody should do X everybody should try Y because that's that's frankly it's dangerous.
