How Do You Start Achieving Happiness?

Happiness is the joy you feel in day to day, the lac of negative emotion in the da to day. So what should we be doing to be happier? And base off of my research, my answer is how we think about and we spend our time. Our most positive are a social connection through spending time with family and friends. But also like physical intimacy. Exercise is an important one, because, not only does it boost your mood while you're doing it, a has wonderful carry over facts.
