How to Measure Propulsion in Simulation Work

When you measure propulsion in studies, or you simulate it in simulation work, do you use power like what the triathletes would be used to in from a cycling sense? Yeah, you can. I think we tend to probably do it more just in pure force. So because the forces are actually quite low, you're talking, you know, like an elite swimmer, like sprinter would probably only be generating about 10 to 12 kilograms of force, max. The less skilled you move down towards the bottom of the spectrum, you'll get people who are not very efficient movers in the water. They may have really bad body position, all kinds of things, poor arm pull technique
