The Five Minute Routine
Stephanie Amerson is a self-confessed procrastinator. She has learnt that if you make it easy for her to do something, she'll do it. Her new morning routine includes two minutes of yoga and affirmations. It also involves one minute of three, four, five breathing - which helps lower your body's stress response as well as activate its relaxation response. And at lunch time, instead of just sitting in the canteen on her phone, she'd go helpmig to go for a mint walk around the block. For me, it's just you showing yourself right at the start of the day, you know, i'm worth it. I've rarely missed
