The goal is not to give you value, the goal is to qualify you. If I ask a provocative peer question, I can at least spark some interest from you. The best call callers in the world do this. They think about their call disposition in these four stages. So if you're losing them right at the beginning, it's your tone, maybe you're in a bad mood.
