The Most Important Lactate Run of the Week

Lactate runs shouldn't be sufficiently hard that you're impaired by your other strength and plywork you're doing. Your lactate run shouldn't also impair your strength and inflammatory sessions it should be a not issue. You need to be working at 100 intensity I know people say I did 11 out of 10 day whatever but the volume is actually incredibly low so this workout might take you 45 minutes to an hour for the whole workout.
