Building Volume at That Intensity
With this side of the training block, i'm still following kind of that same concept of trying to build volume at that intensity. It's just kind of on nation where i lowered the overall intensity of a given session. But by doing so, i have to increase the volume at which i do in order to elicit the response i'm looking for. So i might be targeting something like trying to run a hundred miles at at or just below arobic threshold for a given training wek I might be trying to build up to that.
