The main challenge is probably really understanding what the goal of the research is, especially when there are so many stakeholders. The best projects are always the ones where we can work as consultants as well. If someone isn't willing to listen to what the data is saying then they're probably trying to lead the insight rather than the other way round. And I think probably the other thing is when a business has a really clear idea of what they already want to see.
