What Do You Like to Do to Cool Down?
This is the first year that i've not had structure cool downs. And this year i go, what do you like to do to cool down? And someer like it. I like to stretch. Cool do it. But there's something that i'm a little more firm on, because i know it works. The studies are back and forth orliting, like, we don't really no and it's possible that nothing really works that well.
