Getting Outside Is Important

Consistency trumps like, you know, optimal hours. The more we get that on track the better our sleep will be. And then last but not least, nature. If you can spend a half day or if you have ability to a full day outside, disconnected, it does a wonderful job of helping you reset perspective. Nature's great. It's restorative. All all sorts of good research on this one. But nature restores our energy, our attention at leadst to creativity. There's some research on that as well. So being outside in nature and letting your body and mind absorb natural environment is really important too.
