The biggest thing that i've noticed is what they thought may have resignated with their audience isn't necessarily what resignates with them. When you look at the data between the lowest performer and the top performer, it can be up to five acts better engagement rates wit the top performer versus the lower performer. And so being able to go through and run a different variation and use the testing to identify which one works atthe in order to move forward and drive better results for the campaign are hugely important.
