How to Be a Great Team Leader

I noticed the similarity between us is the obsessiveness. Once you have this idea, nothing will stop you. You know that the only thing stopping you is your own work ethic. Like I would always wanted to start a business, but I'd have to depend on other people like, Oh, we need some kind of code. This app idea that we have, this was the first time that I had all the skills in my arsenal to build something without anyone's help. And then over time, you realize that you need to surround yourself with extremely smart people to build something huge. That's been a really gratifying process to be a team leader and like an incredible team, dude.
