I think you'd be big into obviously like it's a worship-free guide but you would be big into being super practical in your approach. I do know I don't want to do anything but the key thing that they all had in common was just the physical relaxing of my body which was always going to be a good thing. So whatever helps you and the most important thing I think is just to completely normalize it and not make a big deal about it. But also know that it takes a very long time and it's not something that's going to be.
