The Importance of Empathy in Meditation
To reach that state, start with quantity. It's not like eating a junk food. We are rewiring the animal brain. There's one more thing that we need to discuss, I think, is something which I call spiritual peer pressure. So first is that empathy, that love towards the practice and towards self,. That acceptance needs to be there. Second, down the line, you have to do it. You need to put in action yourself. All these things will help you. But make peace within, you need to set. How do you all decide on this particular format of meditation? So we are doing a fairly wide variety because what we see also with the practice of meditation
