I think there's a shift from being informative and just informing a creative team to playing more with braver lateral thoughts. I have never been in an agency with such an interesting culture. It surprised me every day. As you mentioned before about the lawyer, the lawyer being okay, it's the same with everything. We have a lot of different approach to things that are quite different from others. But yes, if I have to compare, I think that the attitudes and the culture are the most significant differences with the other networks.
