How to React When Stress Hits
We generally respond in one or two different ways when we get disillusioned. The primary way that we react is to blame and judge, it forces the identity of victim. That's one way that we can go. The other way that weCan respond is to evolve. We call on a deeper kind of resourcefulness that has to do with love and mindfulness and compassion. It's like when we hit stress, we either, you know, start spinning an old reactivity, or we evolve, we adapt, we expand.
