How to Sleep Better
To sleep better, you need to know how much you're really sleeping. Keep a journal of any thoughts and anxieties that are around sleep so we can better understand them. Find a relaxation technique that works for you, whether it's deep breathing or a body scan. And lastly, you need new rules for what to do and not to do in your bedroom. We want people to change their relationship with their bedroom and establish a whole new set of rules about the whole sleeping and waking pattern.
