The number one physical reason people are exercising is to maintain or lose weight. It's hard to have that be your primary reason for exercise, unless you're very, very committed. Exercise gives us better quality sleep because it gives us less depression and more positive moods. The best thing wer stuff to get active in the last two days? A triathlon.
