I think of stretching as something that leads to flexibility. I would say flexibility is more passive and mobility is more active. So in that case, literally for your friend who can squat a lot, you can't do the one like RDL, a lot of it's going to come back to flexibility. Ooh, it's the now you're throwing in flexibility. The flexibility is passive, mobility is active, right? Well didn't you say stretch?
