We Overprepared
We overprepared. That was one takeaway I had is as we tried to do too much in advance. And it was overprearing because it didn't leave room for flexibility, because you wouldn't know what you wanted to talk about until you started talking. The next thing that we focused on was just adjusting JD's comps. So based on the, you know, hitting the goals, making sure he had a pathway to hitting his target personal comp for the year.
