How to Watch a Learning Process

Coaches use it a lot you know watch watch Sally over there. There's tons of value in watching somebody learn if that makes any sense. This is something that I think is huge I can camp settings. One of the things that you have to make sure, and this is more of like a socio cultural concern but just make sure that if you are going to bring somebody up and have them demonstrate like a instead of having an expert coach do it has a camper who doesn't know what they're doing.
