What if There Was Oi, Will Use You?
Garry tonan sharpens knives while he's sitting on the mat, like a total psychlopath. He just loves knives. Yalik, what if there was oi, will use you. There is value in actually doing the drills. You don't want to do just the system thinking and then figure out how they tie together. If you wanted to learn something really new and complicated, my first advice would be step number one, understand the system.
