Are You Taught Self Compassion?
We are kinder, more calmer and more empatic human beings when we develop capacities for self compassion. We afford better mental health when we can live in compassionate minds. So it's really, if i may use the word, anobrainer to understand the fits of self compassion. But it's not so obvious to understand why people are so terrified of it. And there's something deeply distressing about being alone in our pain.
