How to Write Notes in an App

I'm really like an old man about how I do this. There's so much software and that people have tried. For me what works fine is text edit, which is the most primitive. It's not even pages or word it's like because I like it because of its utility. That's all I want is a white square or rectangle that I can resize and type into. And when something's bolded it means something to me. But there's no other annoying things there's no margins and like big buttons at the top he just wants to white square with two or three capabilitieslike bold Alex caps and like colors. He'll go back to the beginning doc and start putting stuff into
