The brain is malleable. It can be trained otherwise, but it becomes we feel like our habits are who we are. This is noth nothing i've said as to do anything with thinking, or even any kind of specific mental content. But that's why we have research studies that we do to test that idea out. And what a lot of my work has been doing is not just that mindfulness training is a solution, but how d we make it so it's the most time efficient, minimum effective dose? Cause these are busy people, like all of usi don't have time just to go on a one month retreat or practice meditation forty five minutes a day.
